LIVE: Chris Brown's "Party Tour" w/Fabolous and More

Chris Brown brought the party to the Verizon Center in Washington DC on Sunday night. You know when Breezy comes through he rolls deep, accompanying him was Comedian DC Young Fly, Casanova 2x, Kap-G, O.T. Genasis and Fabolous.

This tour Brown opted to have the stage in the center of the arena--it was roughly 8 feet high, not the best stage for the folks who have floor seats. But there were two screens located in the front of the stage for them to look at--but who wants to look at a TV screen at a show, unless you're in the nosebleeds.

O.T. Genasis kept the crowd at an elevated state with his hit singles "CoCo" and "Cut It". All of the openers sets were kinda on the short side so it felt like a tag team wrestling match until Fabolous came out.

Fabolous, clearly the most established of the opening acts, performed a medley of songs which included the hits -"Breathe" and "Make Me Better" as well as his featured verses from, Tamia's "I'm So Into You" and Lil Mo's "Superwoman."

By this time the show was running 30 minutes behind schedule, but I don't think anyone even noticed. After a brief intermission, lights went down and a large countdown clock started to count down from 60 seconds, as each second counted down I lost a bit more of my hearing due to the screams.

Chris Brown opened his set with the song, "Wrist", with EDM style lighting and Cirque du Soleil like acrobatics. Brown kept the fans excited throughout his 90 minute set, by mixing old and new fan favorites, "Poppin", "Deuces", "Back to Sleep" and closing out his 23 song set with his current single, "Party."
