ALBUM 2 PEEP: CANT - Dreams Come True
CANT (the new left-side solo project from Grizzly Bear’s dope multi-instrumentalist Chris Taylor) finally released his debut album, Dreams Come True today. After hearing the first single "Believe," I was easily convinced that this project would be a dope one. My assumption was (somewhat) confirmed over the weekend when I got a chance to listen to a few tracks. Chris' off-kilter'd vocals are boldly backed by his mellowed/experimental beats - which will surely result in some Active Child comparisons (I digs them both). A couple of hits & misses but overall it's definitely worth a peep.
