AUDIO: Madlib x Freddie Gibbs - "Thuggin"

When Madlib Medicine Show hit San Francisco this past Friday, Madlib announced a collaborative project with rapper Freddie Gibbs, to which Gibbs debuted “Thuggin” and “Deep” from the forthcoming EP.  Lyrically, I'm feeling what Gibbs is bring to the game and we all know that Madlib has created some really dope collaborative albums, such as Jaylib and Madvilliany.  I’m sure that this project will bring more of the same greatness.  I feel that a Madlib and Freddie Gibbs collaboration is exactly what hip-hop needs --this might even cause me to claim the genre again.
