Mayer Hawthorne X Jake One = Tuxedo

With a debut album dropping in March 2015 just in time for the winter thaw and for you to get your boogie on, Jake One and Mayer Hawthorne have formed a disco and R&B influenced group called Tuxedo. Since the return of Daft Punk and Blurred Lines being blasted in Gap stores across the land there's been more then a few disco influenced projects unleashed into the world. They all suck. However, from the first track it seems these guys have it right. First thing is the track is more 80's influenced then 70's which is a good thing; while New Jack Swing got all the cool clothes early 80's R&B took the earlier decades's influences earlier influences (funk, disco, soul) and made quite a danceable mixture.
