MUSIC: Fiona Apple - Hot Knife

From Fiona Apple's criminally underrated ode to heartbreak The Idler Wheel... is "Hot Knife". It's one of the strongest songs on the album and the closer. In the song Fiona X (c) Chris Rock takes a break from the bittersweet bleakness and dark humor that covered the rest of the album and ends it on a near positive note. The video is straight forward outside of the fancy editing...just Fiona singing along and playing the tribal sounding drums that serve as the beat of the song. It's directed by her ex-boo Paul Thomas Anderson.
