VIDEO: Gangrene - The Last Great Disgrace

What’s funny about the Gangrene (a project featuring producers Oh No and Alchemist both producing and rapping) is how playful the project is even though the bulk of the lyrics is about how they are going to fuck you up. From the psychedelic samples, to movie clips they weave in and out of songs, it’s got their tongues firmly planted in cheek. For the video for their latest single, “The Last Great Disgrace” they dip into darkness once again. The clip takes place at an abandoned school in Staten Island called Willowbrook and has a eerie vibe (which probably has something to do with Staten Island itself) which fits the trippy + scary vibe they try to present along with the hi-jinks.
