So, what do you when you've got waaaay too much money and you want a fancy way to announce a tour? You cut a fake movie. In order to bring attention to their "On The Run" tour Jay-Z has created a fully realized three plus minute long fake movie tailer. You've got Sean Penn, explosions, Beyonce making a a ski-mask look sexy, strippers, more explosions, and Kat Dennings busting guns as a cop. Unfortunately no Solange karate kicks but beggars can't be choosers.
