Tv On The Radio have a new album coming out November 18th, Seeds, and they just released a new video from the album called "Careful You". Coming off the death of member Gerald Smith their last album Nine Types of Light was a positive but subdued affair. The tracks that have bee previewed off Seeds have been decisively more upbeat in tempo and mood. Check out the new song below:
