NEW MUSIC: Lips - Ghosts and Demons

We first hipped you to the sweet vocals of Auckland raised - Brooklyn transplant - Lips, earlier this summer. Her style of peaceful synth- pop caught our attention when she dropped the 'casio-produced' track "Everything To Me". Well I've been waiting to hear what would be next, and boy was I was a little surprised. Goodbye sweet -pop ... helloooo goth-pop?

"Ghosts and Demons" finds the singer showcasing her edgier side of music with harder beats & darker lyrics. But the transition to the other side doesn't seem at all forced. It appears that Lips has been spending time honing her craft  - which I hope will pay off in the oncoming months. Peep below.
