I've been on Monica Birkenes (aka Mr. Little Jeans) for quite a while now. Her RAC remix of "The Rescue Song," was skillfully used in a Honda commercial last year, and her light vocals over even lighter electronics is refershing in an era of music where everything sounds the exact same.

The LA-based artist released some blog bait in the form of this Arcade Fire cover. Now usually I don't take the bait (because hundreds of bloggers already have), but I have to say that I find something really enthralling about this song. I can give a damn about an Arcade Fire (overrated much?) but it's suddenly found a spot on my iPod. (via All Things Go)
