VIDEO: Badu - Window Seat

If you haven't seen Ms. Eyrkah Badu's latest video for her excellent single "Window Seat," then I suggest you do so now. Filmed in downtown Dallas, it begins with the lines from the assassination of Robert Kennedy, and continue with her interpretation of Matt and Kim's "" video from last year.

I'm not going to try to read much into this video. If you have seen the Matt and Kim video for "Lessons Learned," then you already know the premise--person walks through stunned crowd, stripping until bare. However, just like Matt and Kim, there is a twist at the end, yet it's brought to a close in a eloquence that only Ms. Badu could bring. They play it safe/Are quick to assassinate what they do not understand. It's a powerful, yet passionate plea that will hopefully resonate beyond the shock value.

What do y'all think?
