WEEKEND: Shepard Fairey in DC

Shepard Fairey is the graphic artist behind Obey as well as the ubiquitous Obama poster above. Fairey is going to be in DC this weekend for a talk at the Corcoran Gallery of Art on Friday at 7pm and at the Irvine Contemporary on Saturday at 6pm for a reception featuring local artist Al Farrow and DJ Spooky.
