Interview and Performance Exclusive: Sonnymoon @ the Couch Sessions Suite- SXSW

Dane Orr and Anna Wise, better known as Sonnymoon, exploded onto the nets at the end of 2009 when they dropped their debut album, Golden Age (which you can cop here). Since then, people have literally been going bananas for the Boston-based duo (who are currently students at  Berklee College of Music) - and I can honestly say that they may be one of the most talked about up-and-coming artists that we've seen in quite some time.

Last month, they made their first-ever appearance at the SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas and Stone and I had the awesome opportunity to chill with them at the Couch Sessions Suite (with refreshments provided by Dos Equis!). We were happy to learn that Anna and Dane are as cool as their music and this exclusive interview/performance only confirmed what we’ve known from the jump: that Sonnymoon has the potential to grow in this industry and 2010 is going to be a GREAT year for them.
