EVENT PREVIEW: Brisket King of NYC 2016!

Carnivores of New York City, it's time for you to meet your new champion - Brisket King 2016 is coming to town at Sanders Studios on Wednesday, March 16.
Choosing a new Brisket King takes hard work, which means consuming all the brisket you can eat in order to truly judge the competition fairly - contenders so far include Marlow and Daughters, The Cannibal, Hill Country Barbecue, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Mable's Smokehouse, Pig Guy NYC, Beast of Bourbon, and many more.  Vegetarians should steer far, far away - even meat demos are involved, including one involving an entire beef shoulder (provided by J. Fox of Hudson and Charles). Wash down all of it with an all-you-can-drink lineup of beer and spirits curated by Modern Distillery Age Magazine.
