Come and get buzzed with HeritageRadioNetwork.org as they bring top cocktail-crafting talent and some honey-sweet hooch together at the Brooklyn Winery on Wednesday night. From 7PM - 10PM on March 19, 2014, local favorites Joe Campanale of Epicurean Group, Aaron Polsky of Bottled Bartender, and Adam Schuman of Michael Skurnik Wines will show off their creative genius as they mix up cocktails using New York Honey Whiskey, produced by Catskill Provisions, as part of the network's Boozey Bees salon series.

A collaboration with Finger Lakes Distilling, Catskill's honey whiskey combines their very best rye with flowery, late-summer honey to produce a smooth and complex spirit that's got a touch of sweetness. If you've never had honey whiskey before, now's the perfect time to try it out, as each bartender is showcasing it in a drink that's all his own. And if you've ever had the pleasure of tasting Catskill's small-batch maple syrup, you know exactly how good this is going to be.

The $30 ticket gets you the drinks, some snacks, and sets by Herbert Spliffington and the Full Service crew, and you'll be supporting a great organization: "committed to archiving, protecting, and advancing our country’s rich food culture" through various programs and broadcasts, HeritageRadioNetwork.org is a non-profit radio station entirely focused on "creating a food world that is more sustainable, equitable and delicious." If all of that sounds just fine by you, get yourself a ticket ASAP and we'll see you there!
