EVENT PREVIEW: Taste Talks Brooklyn 2015!

It's still a few months away, but it's not too early to get excited. Taste Talks Brooklyn 2015 is approaching, and we're already stoked - based on last year and the year before that, we're ready to pounce on tickets now. From September 11-13, the weekend will be filled with panels, tastings, a food expo, cooking demonstrations, dinners, plus the most amazing star-studded cookout.

Curated by the always amazing Questlove, the lineup will include, so far: Dominique Ansel (Dominique Ansel Bakery), Dickson Despommier (Vertical Farm), Michael Chernow (The Meatball Shop), Paul Liebrandt (formerly of The Elm), Daniel Krieger (Food Photographer), Alex Miesen (Blue Marble), Arlene Stein (Terroir Symposium), Jordana Rothman (Food Writer), Kristy Del Coro (Spe Certified), Michael Moss (Author, Salt Sugar Fat), Taavo Somer (Freemans), Thomas Mylan (The Meat Hook), with many more to be announced in the coming months.
