Popsicles. Prosecco. Boom. I could end this post right there, but this drink really deserves a little more than just a couple words.

Some people choose one or the other for a little summer refreshment, but at Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar, you don't have to choose between kiddie and grown-up treats. Head to the Conrad New York and take the elevator to the 16th floor for gorgeous views of the Hudson [including Lady Liberty] and choose from a selection of People's Pops [Strawberry Margarita, Appletini, and the like] dipped into a glass of Prosecco, straight from the tap. Best of all, there's nothing wrong with a drippy popsicle here - once everything starts to melt together, you're sipping on a whole new fruity cocktail.

A $19 a pop [see what I did there?!] it's pricey for a typical drink, but for some bubbly and a boozy popsicle with a view, it's at least a one-time experience you've got to try before the masses start to catch on.
