SEEN AT SXSW 2018: Give Me A Beat.....The Super Soul Bros.

Deemed as the love children of Herbie Hancock & Super Nintendo (Yes, you heard me!) The Super Soul Bros setup up camp on the Gaming Exhibit floor to give the crowd, just a bit of the funk they lay down. Drummer Chris Haman & Keyboardist Robbie Benson were on hand to rep the band. The San Jose, CA band was formed by Robbie in 2012. Super Soul Bros attributes their success to their spin on classic video game, anime, TV and movie soundtracks, then combining them with a fusion of funk and jazz. The guys have performed across country from small nightclubs to large venues. Check the them out in a city near you. You'll be surprisingly pleased and you won't be disappointed.
